Introduction

The Department of Management is committed to preparing students with knowledge, skills, and values required to meet the challenges of today’s dynamic business world. The Department emphasizes planning, organizing, leading and controlling resources efficiently and effectively. It focuses on developing leadership qualities, analytical ability, communication skills, and decision-making capacity so that students can contribute in both public and private sectors. Alongside theoretical knowledge, practical learning, research, and innovation are also encouraged to shape competent professionals and entrepreneurs

Historical Background

Founded in the academic year 2011–2012 with only 80 students, the Department of Management initially had 50 seats. Over the years, the department has grown steadily and now offers 85 seats with a large and diverse student body. With rich seminar collections, up-to-date learning resources, and a variety of academic programs, the department has become a center for knowledge, innovation, and intellectual growth. Since its inception, the department has been offering quality education through a balanced combination of theory and practice. Over the years, it has expanded its academic activities, updated its curriculum in line with global standards, and produced graduates who are successfully serving in government, corporate, academic, and non-profit organizations. The department continues to uphold its tradition of academic excellence while adapting to the evolving demands of society and the economy.
